[Well, Mega Man Volnutt considers that it's a good a day as any to write that letter to his pen pal from the SOS Brigade's event. "Elicia Hughes"... he never met her, so he figured writing the letter was as good as ever to get acquainted. He also has no idea she's so young, she might not be able to read his letter, but as luck would have it, someone probably would. So he'll be out in the village figuring out where she lives, and then slipping a letter under the right door.

The contents of the letter are as follows:]

( Letter Time )

[After dropping the letter off, Mega Man makes a run for the Battle Dome. He wanted to keep up his aiming skills, so he entered into a target practice drill session. Anyone watching on the screens will see him doing a shooting gallery... and using his Buster Gun, he's being extremely precise. The kid's a good shot, actually. Eventually he'll emerge out and take a break, opening up his journal.]

I've been wondering, are there any sharpshooters in Luceti? Wouldn't mind seeing how I stack up against some people here. ...I'm probably not the best, but seeing how other people use ranged weapons would be cool.

[Voice]

[Mega Man flips open his journal and begins to speak. He's not sure if he should be a little camera shy or not. He's used the journal a number of times already, but it's still a little weird addressing the village as a whole like this.]

Hey everyone. So, I'm guessing winters here are pretty long and cold. Quite a bit different when you're used to island hopping! But I was wondering if this kind of winter with snow and cold is normal here? And if it was like that where you all are from?

Also... uh, any ideas how to beat the winter blues? Reading's fun and all, but I don't have the attention span to do it all winter.

Hey Norma.... how's your leg healing up? Anything I can do for you?

...N...Nodoka, thanks again for.... everything during the experiment. Y-yeah.

[So, waking up in a strange place, with no armor and only a pair of pants and a book to your name? Not quite the way Mega Man figured the day would get started. But being no stranger to tech or mysterious things, he quickly figured out the journal as a means of communication... and stumbled across the guide while he was at it. So his first stop? The clothing store to get something other than cotton pants to wear.

Once he's done with that, and suitably clad in a blue t-shirt and jeans, he heads toward the weapon shop, in the hopes that his armor is there, even going so far as to talk to anyone who might be there.

After he's suited up in his armor, he'll go around town, looking, and gawking at things. He's obviously a New Feather to anyone passing by, why not bother this new kid?

Still later, when he's gotten enough squared away, he'll head to the Welcome Center to get his bearings... and make a log on the journal.]

[Voice]

So, uh... hey, Luceti. I was just wondering... what's there in the way of uncharted territory around here? And are there any ruins or anything that need exploring? If so, I'm your man!

...Oh, right. I'm Mega Man. Mega Man Volnutt, Digger and explorer! Nice to meet all of you!

[He hopes, anyway. This place is still foreign to him, but maybe meeting some people will make this all feel less... surreal.]
